Seems like Vilamoura Marina is due yet another Irish themed pub. The long established but often quiet restaurant "Leonel" in the base of the "Pyramid Building" is being hastily refurbished by Irish designers Intec Design who did "de Barra" in Quinta de Lago.
The Superyacht Blush is currently based in Vilamoura marina. Built this year by Sunseeker with a length of 47.25m or 155 feet she can carry 10 passengers in 5 cabins plus 10 crew.
Classic cars return to Vilamoura for the weekend of 11th/12th 13th of July. The event starts in the marina by the Tivoli where the cars will gather before parading through the town with a circuit of the Casino car park.
Watch out, Google's about! Vilamoura is currently being re photographed by Google for their service "Street View" The good news is that the town will be up to date soon, the bad news is, don't sit outside any bars or cafes you wouldn't like somebody to know about, and definately do not stroll down the street with the wrong person!
